Terms & Conditions: Toblerone Win A Vespa Competition – Sydney
Spend minimum AU$25 on any Toblerone product from SYD Airport Tax & Duty Free stores, at Sydney International Airport, between 5:00am AEDST on 04/09/12 and 5:00pm AEST on 3/12/12. The individual will then be eligible to receive one (1) entry form, for each qualifying transaction. Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over. If the entry form is not presented to the individual by a member of staff, it is the individual’s responsibility to request an entry form and drop it in the in-store entry box. Winners will be notified by phone or writing from 17/12/12.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) and for all entries as proof of purchase.
The entry judged to be the best from all entries received will win a Vespa Scooter. Total prize value of the prize is up to AU$5,000 (GST inclusive) including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty, license plates and a helmut. Additional insurance, options, petrol, delivery fees when not collected from the winner’s nearest dealership and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
